We employ qualified and certified staff to ensure the success of your implementation.
Implementation:

You will be assigned a Project Manager. This is your “goto person” from our organization. This same individual will request documentation needed for setup and customization, schedule installation and training, and will be part of your Go Live team.
Follow Up:

Follow-up after Go Live.  After the initial Go Live, your Project Manager will schedule weekly conference call meetings to discuss questions you may have and resolve any outstanding issues. This may include scheduling additional training. This step is imperative to complete the success of the implementation and requires weekly meetings for four to eight weeks.  Afterwards, two conference call meetings a month are conducted for up to two months, this is followed by monthly meetings, then quarterly meetings. Our goal is for your practice to be utilizing all functions of the program you have invested in.
Continued Online Training Sessions:

To keep your practice up to date with changes in the program, there will be quarterly gotomeetings or gotowebinar reviews of new features and “how to”. There is no cost to our customers who are current with their support and maintenance. You will receive invitations to join these online seminars via email.
Software Maintenance:

Software Maintenance includes software upgrades and remote software support calls with desktop connectivity. Support calls are made to our support team located in the Texas areas which include Houston, San Antonio, Austin and McAllen.

Hours of Operation:

SuiteMedMD’s / AIM’s  hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST except holidays. Clients are provided a toll free phone number of local phone number to contact support. Additionally, a secure encrypted support program is setup on the workstation desktop allowing users to simply double-click on the HelpDesk when support is needed, call the local or toll free number and receive the remote access support needed to answer their questions or provide the technical support needed.
